Damien Smith is a Florida native raised in the Central Florida region and a graduate of the University of Central Florida. Working in the medical field as a registered nurse has taught him the value of culturally competent and empathetic care that he extends to his clients in working at his utmost capacity to serve them in their search for their home. Working with clients of various cultures and foreign nationals has afforded him to key in on the sensitive needs of each client to make a customized experience that is second to none. Being for the people, Damien has found is home with the 1% Group with the motivation in the belief that striving to give the most value to his clients in negotiations while saving them money on their home sale is a philosophy that aligns with his own ethics. Serving his community with a strong team to support him, his mission is making sure that each of his clients walk away satisfied with each deal that is undertaken under his name.
